This creates a feedback loop with our consulting work. Before we recommend anything, we’ve run it ourselves - found the edges, hit the limits, figured out what’s truly essential versus nice-to-have.

We think of ourselves as intelligence orchestrators. We give humans more leverage and teach them to be exceptional at what they do. When it makes sense, we automate entirely - selecting the right AI tools or building them ourselves.

Part of this is investing in our own edge. We run regular sessions to pressure-test new AI products, share workflows that stick, and keep everyone operating at the frontier. Then we pass it on.
